A small creek is engulfed by the menacing and intimidating Pacific Ocean along the rugged, southern Oregon coast. It was quite stormy during my trip here and this was one of only a handful of opportunities to capture a colorful sky. In fact, it had rain for several hours straight before dramatically clearing right at sunset as I had hoped. I used as long as a shutter speed (2.5 seconds) to smooth the turbulence of the water and create a scene that’s moody yet serene.
