Some mornings are better than others! From the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone River, Wyoming. This important and stunningly beautiful place became known worldwide from the paintings of Thomas Moran in the 1870’s. Those works captured the national imagination of the American west – sparking conversation and debate that would ultimately lead the creation of Yellowstone National Park and served as a catalyst for the modern conservation movement.
