Tropical Tanager

Is there a prettier songbird in North America than the Western Tanager? They almost seem out of place, their plumage matching more closely the flair and spice of the countries where their tropical winter habitat is in Latin America. These birds make the huge and amazing migration to the northern coniferous each year to breed and raise their young.
